Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro right now is trying to hold on to power when virtually everyone but he knows he’s not wanted. Instead of leaving, he clings on.
The key word is cling. Nobody wants to be with someone who clings on. It’s gross.
If you’re not wanted and people are taking you for granted, leave. The rich-rich don’t try to convince others how great they are. They just are. It is so obvious it’s not even a topic of discussion. Likewise, show who you are through your actions, not mere words.
You’re not angry at anyone. You don’t raise your voice — you raise your game. You calmly improve yourself, by yourself, and for yourself.
You made mistakes in the past. Now make yourself better in the present and continue doing so in the future.
